S410 - More Details

S400 / S410

The new lightweight pre-charged pneumatic to replace the successful S300/310 range. The S400/410 incorporates all of the best features from the S300/310 but in a new package with improvements that will keep this rifle at the top of its class.

Three models cater for the needs of most shooters. The short 'Carbine' offers the lightest weight and most agile manoeuvrability. The 'Classic' offers more shots in the sub 12ft/lb category plus a mid-powered FAC version up to 19ft/lbs in .22cal. The 'Extra' has an extra capacity cylinder, special internals and a longer barrel for a minimum power output of 30ft/lb in .22cal.

The quick firing, fast and easy loading bolt action has been retained along with the super efficient valve system perfected by Air Arms that allows a greater number of shots per charge. Accuracy is maintained by the use of 12 groove Walther barrels. Multi adjustable two stage trigger. Quick release charging connector.

The S410 10 shot, now with an aluminium pellet carrier, removes the need to reload after 1 shot, but still retains high accuracy. The S400 uses many features from the multi shot. It uses the same barrel, trigger and highly efficient power plant. Both are manufactured with a wealth of experience and computerised equipment, these rifles equal any air rifles in the world.

A deluxe thumbholed version, designed in collaboration with Nick Jenkinson, is available in both models. With panels of deeply cut chequering around the grip and fore end. A dedicated height of cheek-piece gives correct scope alignment and unique angled thumbhole help acheive target standard performance. Left hand versions will be available in both standard stock beech and thumbhole walnut.

The RH beech version is available now, RH walnut in October. LH standard stock, beech or walnut, will not be available until early 2001. LH & RH Thumbhole not until the end of September.
